Like John Donne’s quote “No man is an island,” no library can exist without friends. In the Summer 2014 issue of FYI: News, we highlight our newest Friend of the Library: Michael A. Antonelle, M.D. Class of ’62. In July 2012, the Health Sciences Library launched the New York Medical College Friends of the Library group to advocate for library resources, communicate to a greater community of users, and to create informed and enthusiastic support for the NYMC Health Sciences Library.
