The Health Sciences Library at New York Medical College is currently hosting the National Library of Medicine’s traveling poster exhibit, Pictures of Nursing: The Zwerdling Postcard Collection. The six-panel poster exhibit, illustrated with postcards from the National Library of Medicine’s Zwerdling Collection, looks at the ways in which nursing as a profession has been represented in popular culture. The exhibit is currently on display in the ground floor elevator lobby at 19 Skyline Drive. From September 27 to October 10, it will be on display in the lobby of the School of Health Sciences and Practice.
On September 18, 2019 at 10:30 AM, the Library will be sponsoring a lecture program in the Skyline Auditorium to accompany the exhibit.
