1. library – Makes sense.

3. rt – Stands for retweet. I guess we have a tendency to share the tweets of those we are following.
4. new – We like to keep our users informed of what’s new at the library.
5. ow – It’s not a chore to tweet. Part of “ow.ly”, one of two URL shorteners (bit.ly is the other one) we use for the links we share with our followers.
I collected tweets from all the HSLs I could find on Twitter as part of some research I’ve been doing. The results are similar:
