As of December 8, Deborah Crooke, MLIS, MPH ’09, AHIP, assumed the role of Associate Director of the User Support, Education and Research (USER) Services department of the Health Sciences Library. Previously she was User Services Librarian. Many of you know her as she has been at New York Medical College since 2003. She has extensive experience as a health sciences librarian and instructor and is a valued contributor to many committees in the library. She has been in charge of coordinating reference services, developing web resources, leading the Writing Center initiative and serves as liaison to several departments. Additionally Ms. Crooke earned a Masters in Public Health (Health Policy and Management) in 2009.
