To receive a serial number to download DynaMed to a mobile device:
E-mail dynamedsupport@ebscohost.com using your institutional e-mail address. Please include your full name, the name of your institution and specify the type of device you are using. A serial number will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not use any personal e-mail accounts such as @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com or @gmail.com when making a request for a serial number. For authentication reasons, the vendor cannot validate that you are affiliated with NYMC without receiving an email from your institutional email address.
