University of South Carolina’s Memmys Video Competition

The School of Medicine Library at University of South Carolina offers a parody music video competition for any health sciences students. This is a great opportunity for you to give back to the NYMC community and share your health care education with the larger health sciences community.

“This national music video contest seeks student-produced videos from students in the health professions with the top entries receiving a monetary award for their school’s health sciences library – 1st place: $1,500, 2nd place: $1,000, 3rd place: $500.” — AAMC AAHSL listserv announcement

Support the NYMC Library by creating a fun and innovative music parody video experience for a living legacy to NYMC and the Library. Contest rules include: original song lyrics, video must be 5 minutes or less, and approval by an NYMC official.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS MARCH 15, 2019.
