This month’s additions to The Biomedical & Life Sciences Collection include a talk on pulmonary drug delivery by Prof. Anthony J. Hickey of the Research Triangle Institute and the University of North Carolina, a talk on adaptation in likelihood trials by Prof. Jeffrey Blume from Brown University, and our latest addition to the Immunotherapy of Cancer series: a talk dedicated to the priming of T cell responses, delivered by Prof. Victor Appay (INSERM, France) and Dr. Francesco Nicoli (Universities of Ferrara and Padua, Italy).
We are also pleased to add two additional talks on Lupus: “The world of lupus” by Prof. Graham Hughes, founder and editor of Lupus journal, and “Systemic lupus erythematosus: diagnosis and management” by Dr. Sara Tedeschi of Harvard Medical School.
Also included in this month’s releases are talks on diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in germinal centre lymphomas, the roles of RNA-binding proteins in neurodegenerative diseases, C3 glomerulopathy and more.
Last but certainly not least, we extend warm congratulations to Prof. Kazutoshi Mori, Kyoto University, Japan, on receiving the 2018 Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences.
