I’ve had a few conversations with students over the last year about standing desks. We installed a counter in the renovated Mastronardi Information Center that is intended and used as standing work space. Additionally, we just purchased a couple of these tabletop standing desk units (see photo). Feel free to move them wherever you would like in the library. If they turn out to be popular we will purchase more. The benefit of this type is that they are easily moved and there are no moving breakable parts and hinges, but that also means they are not adjustable. Your feedback is welcome!
