Did you know that you can have a consultation with a librarian without coming to the library? As you may know the library has been using GoToWebinar software to offer webinar versions of our classes. We can use the same software to offer one on one or group consultations from the convenience of your office.
The major benefit of using this software over making a simple telephone call is the ability to share screens. The librarian can give you a live demonstration and also can hand you the controls and coach you on the using our information resources or in using various technologies.
