In celebration of New York Medical College’s prolific faculty (who collectively have achieved 1,000 publications in 2019 alone) the Health Sciences Library looks forward to hosting our annual Faculty Author Awards on Thursday, December 17th at 4pm. RSVP here to attend the event.
The Awards celebrate faculty for their 2019 publications in a variety of categories considering engagement, distribution, and influence of the work. We will hear from authors and New York Medical College leadership across departments as they discuss their publications and the great research impact of our institution as a whole. This is an important year to honor the tireless work that is done in medical and health sciences research, and we are excited to share our pride in New York Medical College’s faculty scholarship.
This video-event will premiere on December 17th and then will be continuously available in New York Medical College’s institutional repository and digital archives space, Touro Scholar and the Library’s Youtube channel. We hope that you will join us for the live premiere congratulating our colleagues in the School of Medicine, the Graduate School of Basic Sciences, and the School of Health Sciences and Practice.
