The process of creating a new account or moving your current account to the new version is surprisingly easy and should take about 10 minutes. You can keep both versions of RefWorks after you have upgraded, until ProQuest stops support of the legacy version in September 2018.

Take a Look at RefWorks 2.0

RefWorks is currently allowing users to preview their forthcoming 2.0 interface.  In Fall 2010 all RefWorks users will switch over to the 2.0 interface. For now all accounts will continue to default to the “Classic” view. However, it is recommended that users familiarize themselves with the new interface before Fall.
